Green Lane Classics began not in a boardroom, but on the floor of a garage—hands deep in the restoration of a classic Mini, battling delays for the smallest parts. As enthusiasts, we found ourselves waiting weeks for shims and spacers to arrive from abroad, only to face customs clearance, hidden fees, and the kind of red tape that turns passion into frustration.

It wasn’t just inconvenient—it was unnecessary. That’s when the spark ignited.

We started Green Lane Classics with one clear goal: to give Ireland’s classic car custodians faster, easier access to the parts they need—without the drama of international shipping. The name “Green Lane” itself is a nod to the customs-clear route we champion and, fittingly, to one very green classic Mini (Racing Green) that helped kickstart it all.
